#Monsoon Normal dates ..

Monsoon to hit Andaman Sea around May 17 three Days earlier than normal.
As the Conditions are becoming favorable for advance of southwest monsoon over south Andaman sea and southeast Bay of Bengal around 17th May 2014.

If conditions remain favorable despite EI Nino, the monsoon arrival in the country may take place earlier than its normal time just like last year.!..
